- Dried Lavender in the pouch (about 25grams)
- Organic Lavender essential oil 2ml (good for 20-30drops), drip into the pouch for long lasting effect. 
- Cedar wood ring (can be put in the pouch or use on cloth hanger)
- Amethyst - 3 pieces (10mm-15mm) - for relieving Stress and encourages positive thinking.
