- Dried Peppermint in the pouch (about 25grams)
- Organic Peppermint essential oil 2ml (good for 20-30drops), drip into the pouch for long lasting effect. - Cedar wood ring (can be put in the pouch or use on cloth hanger)
- Blue Lace Agate - 3 pieces (10mm-15mm) - for calming effect.
